Best park for the nature lovers where eco - friendly environment surrounded here and there. Bats are the most viewable during night hours in plenty of numbers. Many other animals can be seen during day time .... one can enjoy boating during summer season. In winters many migratory birds are there for photography lovers. A must visit place with your family and friends.
Nice place to visit. You have to go to Guijaan of Tinsukia. This national park is named before 2 river. One is Dibru and another one is Saikhoa. You can take a boat ride for 1.5 hours, you will get feeling of refreshment for sure. Best time to visit is Nov to February when maximum number of migrated birds reach this place. You can also see river dolphins but now a days dolphins visits are very rare after Baghjaan Fire incident. You can do camping and can enjoy other activities. A must visit.
One of the lesser known national parks in Assam. This place is home to a wide range of flora and fauna. You should visit if you have the means and the time.
Did the boat ride to dolphin point. Really nice and relaxing. Plan ahead since there are couple of boat operators only. There are ready made package like night stay, breakfast, lunch etc which are value for money. If you reach late then you need to hire a full boat which may cost more just for the ride. We hired our own boat.
A nice place to visit with boating in the nearby areas of Dibrugarh District and Tinsukia District. If lucky, you will get chance for viewing dholphin at dholphin point which is around 500 metres from starting point that is ghat. If you are planning to visit , please book your seat for ferry prior and get information. For family visit it is the best and for camping also.
